By registering for or using MockManthan services, websites, or mobile applications operated by Thorat InnovateX Private Limited ("MockManthan", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MockManthan provides interview-practice tools, AI-generated feedback, career-readiness analytics, audio/video evaluation features, and certificates. Scores, reports, recommendations, and certificates are informational only; they are not employment advice, a hiring decision, or a guarantee of any outcome.
You must provide accurate registration details, protect your account credentials, and use MockManthan lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, access data without authorization, upload unlawful or infringing material, introduce harmful code, scrape the service, or copy, reverse engineer, or circumvent features except where applicable law permits it.
Paid plans, billing periods, fees, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the stated charge through the selected payment method. Fees and refunds are governed by the applicable plan and our stated No-Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant MockManthan the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze, and display it to provide the service. If you record another person, you are responsible for obtaining their informed consent.
Our collection and use of personal data, recordings, and identity-related data are described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account through Settings, subject to lawful retention requirements.
MockManthan, its software, branding, content, and service features are owned by MockManthan or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership to you.
We work to keep MockManthan secure and available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, MockManthan is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address misuse. You may stop using MockManthan at any time.
